Well Randy answered the phone on the first day, stated someone would call me the following day to set up a date and time for a quote, then silence a week later. Tried calling several times, leaving messages, but nothing. Seems to be the norm in rural areas of Tennessee. Kinda hard to maintain a business, if you aren't doing business.
