Rauschenberg Construction

Working with Neil to purchase an investment property was an incredible experience from start to finish. It's difficult to fully capture all the positive aspects of Neil and his firm, but a few noteworthy points include the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the property I purchased from him. It receives constant praise due to its high-end finishes and durable construction. Guests love staying in it and you can truly sense the energy and attention to detail that Neil put into creating a memorable experience for visitors. Neil's professionalism and expertise as both a builder and realtor is also worth mentioning. He is a superb communicator and reliable partner and what I mean by that is that I found him to be responsive, honest, transparent and accountable in all dealings with him. Above all, when you’re working with Neil, you’re partnering with someone who has a lot of integrity and pride and that shows itself throughout the project but especially at the end: Neil operates to exceed expectations in every way. For these reasons and more, I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a property in Yucca Valley or the surrounding areas work with Neil. He has my highest professional recommendation and I am forever grateful for the experience I had and property I now own. Thank you, Neil!

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Neil on two properties and my experience with him has been amazing. His homes are beautiful and of great quality. He is our go to guy for homes in Joshua Tree.

Neil is one of the best I've worked with in the real estate and home building business. He is one of the MOST responsive and reliable. He is also very patient and answered and took care of any and all of questions and concerns I had. We purchased a tiny home from Neil and everything was well thought out. Things such as outlets on both sides of the wall for where the bed goes, outlets on the wall where the tv can be mounted or placed on a stand, ample cabinet space in the kitchen, and much more. The design is functional and stylish which is crucial in a tiny home. I would strongly recommend Neil and his team for a home out in the desert!

I bought a house from Rauschenberg Construction in the summer of 2022 and he has been great to work with ever since! Everything in the house is functioning great. With all of the rain in the last six months Neil has sent his team out twice now to fill in some dirt that has been washed away in the front yard. Great to have a builder that cares about his product and service even seven months after he sold it!

Neil and his company are fantastic. They built my beautiful desert oasis in Landers, CA and I couldn’t be happier with the house, or with the service! He helped me through the timeline of my 1041 real estate exchange before the deadline. Even now, 18 months after purchase, Neil is always available and responsive to any questions that come up and helps out with those bumps in the (dirt ;) road that inevitably arise. Work with Neil, great guy, great company!
