Reliable Paving

Called Reliable Paving and was quoted $14500 for a job, we thought was a good deal and had the work done. We wanted an additional sealcoat on the preexisting part of driveway, but when they called on a Tuesday and said they wanted to come out to seal during raining periods we asked if they could come anytime later in the week as we weren't comfortable with this and they agreed to come out that Thursday but prep that day and never showed up Teusday to prep never showed up Thursday and we kept trying to find out when they would be coming out but they could never confirm with us, then finally said they'd come Friday and never showed up so we canceled the service late Friday evening. Then when we called that next Monday (we found the asphalt was showing problem areas) we were told that "you were the ones that kept rescheduling and then cancelled on us" the owner said that our marks in the asphalt was from power steering turning but the new asphalt also started to get settling/rippling marks, soft/squishy spots and bubbles/cracks only two weeks after it was paved, which we also addressed. We tried getting him or someone to come out to take a look and he said they'd come out Saturday at the latest but never did. We've sent texts but we have been left on read. It has been an overall frustrating ordeal and honestly we wish we had been more cautious when choosing paving companies.

Joe came out and done my driveway up to my garage an it looks absolutely amazing, he gave a free estimate and an unbeatable price. His workers are great and they get the job done. I would recommend Reliable Paving if you want your driveway looking phenomenal.

A neighbor in my neighborhood was having his driveway paved. Joe ( the younger Son) stopped by my house we ended up talking and the next day My driveway was paved. First, overall impression we are very pleased. This was impromptu but Joe and his crew were professional, and true through the whole process. We even ended up expanding our driveway which is something we have discussed for years. I even asked ChatGPT for their stamp of approval and they agreed. I will update review if driveway does not hold true to its work. If there’s still five stars we’re still impressed and pleased.

Very professional job on my dad’s driveway and happy with the result. It looks beautiful and they were very good to clean up afterwards. Only reason I did not give more stars is because originally I was told they would come back in 3-6 months to discuss sealing it. Instead they called my father the same afternoon and offered to come seal the driveway the very next day. After doing some research and asking around to other professionals, I learned that you do not seal asphalt before it completely settles (minimum 3 months to a year) or it can cause crumbling. When I asked about it, I was told that was not true and when I told them that I’d rather wait because my dad is on a fixed income I was informed how inconvenient it was to them that they had already purchased the sealant even though it was a verbal agreement from my father, who has mild dementia, and not a written signed contract. I am very pleased with the job they did but quite off put by the pressuring and the contradiction to the research I did.
