Reno Concrete Solutions

Scheduled a consultation and waited 30 minutes past scheduled time. Didn't receive a call or text for cancellation or notification if running behind.

Reno Concrete Solutions did our back patio in Sparks and it looks really solid. i was worried about cracking but they took their time with prep and it shows. Mauricio checked in during the job and made sure we were happy before they finished.

I usually don’t rate businesses low unless there’s a compelling reason. I had scheduled an appraisal with this company, but I sat at home all day, waiting for them to show up. They didn’t show up, and I wasn’t even informed that they wouldn’t be there. I waited another day for a response, but when I contacted them, they told me that they had been “baked up” and therefore decided not to show up or even notify me. Things happens I get it, but locking someone all day without any sort of communication not ok!

We recently had a new stamped concrete patio installed in Sparks, and it looks fantastic. The texture and color are exactly what we wanted, and the whole process was easy. The crew was professional and kept the area neat while they worked. Our backyard is finally ready for some serious BBQs.

I hired them to install concrete steps leading from our patio down to the yard, and I’m really happy with the result. They came out to Sun Valley and got everything done in one day, which was awesome. The steps are solid and perfectly spaced, which makes walking down way easier. Really smooth process working with them.
