The quality of asphalt Road on our street in mansfield is really poor. It looks like somebody walked down the road and dropped shovels of asphalt and there’s just piles of it that we’re not pressed down and it’s rough and it looks like a patch quilt. Mansfield Springfield st. And the project manager, From Mansfield said the reason he couldn’t do a good job was because they didn’t have enough money to do a good job. That doesn’t make sense to me when part of the road is done well and literally on the next side of the road it’s a different depth of asphalt and you can tell. It’s not the same thickness and it looks like it just wasn’t completed loose asphalt not pressed down . How about doing it right the first time and having a project manager that comes down and make sure it’s all even. It’s sad that our taxpayers are paying for this kind of quality. It doesn’t even look like a new road. It literally looks like a patch quilt.

This is what I would consider a last resort company. The owner/manager talks down to people like they’re less than him. For the amount of work they want you to do, the equipment provided, and the unpredictable hours this job offered little to no security both professionally and financially. He’s the type of owner that will point at you to do something but he would never speak, and for me that says a lot about his character and how he treats his employees. I’ve also been there and witnessed someone attempt to hand the owner their 2 weeks notice and the owner basically said no need for that, and fired the man on spot. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and just an overall toxic workplace. Not to mention that at every moment you had someone watching you, and calling in your every move to the owner/boss. All in all, I can see why the turnover is so high and for the ones stuck there, I empathize for you and hope you find something/someone that treats you fairly

Seemed to be a well ran business that does quality work and if I ever needed concrete or asphalt work done around my home or someone I know is in need of those services I will gladly recommend or use them!!

Love the company. Always very organized
