Reynolds & Kay Inc

This company recently redid my road in Longview. Well I come home for lunch and my mailbox is obliterated. So I call them, and by the time the lady answers the phone a truck pulls up. The gentleman said it would be handled and to not worry about it. He also puts me in contact with the boss who is very professional and prompt. He assures me my mailbox will be fixed. And I have to say, they did a better job than me on the mailbox! Outstanding service. I will recommend them to anyone. Well done fellas

They've taken over FM 1255, between 110 and I20, in Van Zandt County for 3 years now and have only mostly completed about 4.5 miles of road less than 10 miles long. They've cause property damage, are extremely disrespectful of the residents and lack any and all communication skills. The lack of professionalism, efficiency, and respect fo private property has been unbelievable. Tx Dot needs to fire these people!

Reynolds and Kay were contracted by the state for expanding FM 1255. Their work is absolutely horrific. They have been using backhoes and excavators to break tree limbs off. These beautiful 100 year old trees that reside on private property are now dying due to their negligence and incompetence in proper trimming.

This company made NO effort to warn us or notify any of the other homes on our street that construction (closing the ENTIRE) street down would be occurring. No phone calls, no notes on our doors, no signs in the neighborhood, NOTHING. The workers are just as frustrated as they are getting angry home owners complaining to them that they can’t drive down their own road!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

If I could tell anyone not to use this company i would tell eveeyone from the heavens they messed up our ditch, was is rude(DOT on their side)was told that Reynolds and Kay would come fix ditch so I dont GE bit by snakes a week ago and still nothing
