Quick to respond initially but will not contact you back once they have your money when you need them to fix something. Asphalt ended up extremely lumpy, uneven, and began to crack with coating wearing off within 60 days. Unable to get any assistance with fixing the issue. Customer beware. Do your research. Wish I would have.

Great service. Dependable and reasonably priced. Been working with Tom to keep our 150 foot asphalt driveway in good shape. They clean, seal the cracks, take care of the edges and apply seal coat as needed. I would recommend them for asphalt maintenance and repairs.

I was not happy with the work provided. The job did not look professionally installed. The asphalt ended up having large clumps, very patchy, and very uneven. The edges were very uneven. Very cheap appearing work, which is unfortunate due to the price. The lot looked better prior than having it recoated. Never heard anything back after contacting them several times. I ended up having to have another company come in and recoat and fix it.

We hired Reynolds sealcoating to seal the parking lot at our church. It seemed as though they di a good job. However, five months later the sealer began to wash off the parking lot. We contacted Tom, he assured us he would fix it. After several attempts to resolve the issue, Tom stopped responding to our correspondence and never fixed the issue. We contacted the BBB, but he would no respond to them either. So, I would do a little more research before using this company.

Hired Tom Reynolds several years ago to seal and stripe a commercial parking lot in Dunlap. Tom seemed like a nice and honest guy. Did a good job. Hired him just recently to do the same job. $2500. It didn't last 5 months and he was suppose to go back and fix. Never did and now he doesn't have the stones to call me back. I have left 6 messages, not confrontational, just asking him to discuss. Funny, when I first met him he warned me to be careful about who I hire to do work here in Dunlap because there are some "scheisters" around these parts.(his words) Didn't know he was talking about himself. Definitely would not recommend.
