Rite tech roofing

Rude! Rude! Rude! They absolutely refuse to answer questions after they have illegally solicited the business through scam faxing!! I called 6 more times after this incident and they still refuse to remove my fax number. Why would I now hire a company that doesn't listen to the customer and simply cannot follow instructions!

This company has been sending me fax junk for 3 years. I have never contacted them about any work. When you call to be removed they have a bad attitude and hang up. Very unprofessional company. I wouldn't let them put a roof on my dog house.

I have contacted this company several times over the past 5 years. They are very unprofessional and rude when you ask to have your fax number removed. What they are doing is completely illegal and they are dumber than a Box of rocks. I have since reported this company to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau and I have contacted my personal attorney. They have yet to remove my fax number.

Sends unsolicited faxes, after you call to opt out, they still arrive, this time all they do is remove the opt-out number. When you call to ask you be removed you get rude and abusive people. If this is how they handle their advertising and phone calls I can not imagine how they handle roofing issues.

Received junk faxes from this company. Called to be removed from fax list & was harassed by the obnoxious man who answered stating he would remove me from the list if he could take me out to dinner. Stay away from this company- they have been reported to authorities and phone company.
