RJ Blacktop Sealcoating

Richard took extra time and care to do a great job. Very happy with results. Would recommend 100%

Richard did a terrific and thorough job on my driveway this afternoon. He took his time and made my driveway look brand so much better.

Great people, great work, no drama, reasonable pricing - Richard and his brother patched cracks in my driveway and sealcoated, including some quite broken-up areas that other sealcoating companies said were too difficult / they didn't want to work with. I called at the very end of the season, and they were able to work with me to squeeze in the job before the weather turned. When a couple of the larger cracks reopened a little bit due to shrinkage after the first application, they cheerfully came back, no charge, for touch-up, carefully timing the application on the one remaining suitable weather day available, even though it was a Sunday. Richard also had been brainstorming about the heavily-cracked areas and showed me pictures of another product he was considering trying and the outcomes a friend had achieved with them. He clearly takes pride in a job well done, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. I've found my sealcoating company - I'll be calling RJ Blacktop whenever my driveway needs maintenance.

Highly Recommend. Worked with Richard to refinish the back lot of our 6 unit condo building. The entire process from quote, to scheduling, and finishing was a great experience. Communication was prompt and to the point, which I appreciate when trying to coordinate work at home along with your day to day. We ended up needing to repair cracks, patch some complex spaces and re seal. Richard took on the project himself even after his partner for the day called in last minute. Despite this, he was detail oriented and took his time to do the work the right way. He must have been on site 8 hours seeing everything through. I'll definitely be calling him for routine work moving forward and also passing his information along to some acquaintances.

Took my time scanning Google reviews and settled on RJ Blacktop. These guys rock. Super fast response on initial estimate. They came out a few days later to complete the work. Flawless job. Couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. Not only are they super competitive on pricing, they do the best work.
