I called this company to request information regarding toll tickets and was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received. I approached the call politely and professionally, yet both representatives I encountered were dismissive and unprofessional. When I expressed concern about the first representative, April, and her behavior, the HR Manager — who should be the standard of proper customer service — responded with an unprofessional, snarky tone and simply stated that she would “make a note of it.” Instead of offering assistance or addressing the issue appropriately, she chose to hang up on me without any resolution. This action was not only rude but entirely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a leadership position responsible for upholding company standards. This experience was disrespectful, frustrating, and a clear reflection of poor customer service practices within the organization. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to ensure customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve moving forward.

This company has no standards for employees. Most are disrespectful and grossly negligent. Constantly damaging private property and essential infastructure. Aside from the destruction, things move incredibly slowly as most of their employees can be seen standing around the majority of the time they are at the job site.

I'm going to complain about your truck drivers. I don't know if they are overworked or what but I do know they need to pay attention to smaller cars next to them. One of your divers almost ran me off the road because I had to move so he would not hit me . This happened today around 11:00 Sat. 7/19. Speeding up would not have helped me. He would have a crush my right side of my car. When he realized what he had done he moved back over to his side of the road, I just wanted to let you know.

For a week I've been trying to reach someone in your company to fix the ridiculousness that is the road leading out of Paradise Bay subdivision. I see dozens of men standing with shovels on the side of this road all day long yet we have to dodge the craters to get out of our own neighborhood. So I did my own investigation and found a supervisor and his phone number and actually reached out today. I'm not going to give his name on this review but bet come tomorrow If those holes are not filled he will be blasted! So Mr Man that I talk to today Best thing to do is just fill up the holes and I will go away easy peasy!!! And I've posted pictures but you know pictures don't do it justice try to drive through it!!
