Roger Hemming Contractors LLC

Let me tell you Miss Debbie isn’t the lady you want to go to if you want terrible service because she only gives the best such a nice company great workers I’m glad I picked Roger to handle my project ❤️

I've carried on a conversation with this company for two months. All I was needing was an estimate for my insurance. After multiple phone calls and the lady that answered stated she will look into it. I still do not have an estimate nor a call stating that they are not interested in do the estimate. The only statement the young lady keeps giving me is the the gentleman that does the estimates is very busy doing other estimates. So as far as my recommendations for this company. I say you will be better off going with someone else because from my experience you will get quicker results with someone else. And I also feel you will be treated with much better respect. He had done really excellent work at a fair price for me before. So disappointing...

I said yes no problem, now again at 2 pm on Monday I get a call can we reschedule for Tuesday at 2 pm. I said yes , I can work with you as I underdstand your busy. Well Tuesday came around, no call or communication at all.. Roger's customer service is a joke. I am new to Portsmouth and I still need a good contractor for a remodel of my bathroom. Roger Hemming , lost my business and I will shame him to who ever asks me about him. I tried to stay local and help out a small business and this is what I get...
