Apparently your company is responsible for the construction work currently being done near Exit 2 in Knoxville, where poorly managed road conditions have already caused damage to multiple vehicles. TDOT refuses to take responsibility because the work was contracted out, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Drivers should not have to risk tire or vehicle damage simply for exiting the interstate at normal speeds. It’s about $150 if you want to take responsibility for your employees bad work.

Extremely rude driver honking at traffic that literally could not move on Riverside drive at 4pm on 3/11/26… hold your drivers accountable and train them better or don’t hire them.

They are paving around Fort Sanders hospital. They start before 8am and back up all employees and patients trying to get to appointments. They blocked anyone from going in or getting out of the parking garage without warning. My work car is in one and I was told I would wait 20-30 minutes to get it. I’m a medical courier and can’t be late. A simple notification would have let me move the car beforehand but there was none.

Oh, I will absolutely explain why I only put a one star probably for the fact that they run their equipment down a busy road a mile to 2 miles from their job and back traffic up for 30 minutes to an hour instead of parking their equipment closer to the job or at the job site it’s ridiculous and it backs everyone up making the road unsafe three different pieces of equipment were slowly moving on the road today near Dutch Valley backing traffic up for at least 45 minutes. Maybe try to get a little bit more professional that would be a. Start

Filed a claim 2 1/2 months ago due to damages to my vehicle on I-640 East at East Town exit. They stopped answering the phone when I was supposed to hear back in 1-2 weeks. There are hundreds of others with the same issue, I will be likely taking legal action at this point and recommend you others with the same issue to do the same. Unprofessional and bad maintenance of roadways. TDOT needs to find new contractors as well.
