We received regular updates leading up to the installation date, and when the roofing supplier mistakenly delivered the wrong product, one call to Tru Grit was all it took. The issue was resolved the same day with no impact to the project schedule. Before the first shingle was removed, the crew spent considerable time protecting our landscaping, driveway, patio, and surrounding property. That attention to detail immediately gave us confidence we had chosen the right contractor. Replacing a roof is one of those projects most homeowners approach with equal parts stress and skepticism, (and with the number of door to door solicitors offering this service, it becomes high stress. However, Trevor and the team were exceptional throughout. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the level of craftsmanship genuinely stood out. This was a full roof replacement including updated venting, and the entire project was completed in just three days. What impressed me most was the professionalism on site. The crew worked incredibly hard, kept things organized, protected the property well, and left the site spotless at the end of each day. They clearly took pride in the details. Sergio was really communicative throughout the whole proccess and let us know all our options before giving us a price. We got new siding and new gutters for the entire house at a very fair price. Very helpful before, during, and after the job was complete. We got all our questions answered, Sergio even came back after to make sure everything was in place and fixed some little details that were missing. Overall really great experience.
