I reached out for a quote using the Rose City Asphalt solutions website. At the bottom of the site in fine print they depict that they do not render services and only provide connections to contractors in the area. I received a dozen or so calls and emails from multiple contractors, whom might be quality but be aware that your information is being traded to other services such as Angie’s list to put you into contact with contractors. I would have not used this service if I had caught that up front. Very misleading and now I’m battling a dozen spam emails / calls.
