Ross F Carroll Inc

If I could selected a NEGATIVE 5 I would!! Our experience with Sean P. Carroll was extremely disappointing and has caused significant financial strain and stress. Sean Carroll operates under many different business names including this one. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Sean P. Carroll to thoroughly research all of his associated businesses, including “Crafted Cabinetry and Millwork,” before making a decision. We were required to pay 100% payments up front which is illegal in the state of California and with the Contractor State License Board contractor regulations. The quality of the work was beyond unacceptable, incomplete, poorly executed, and riddled with problems affecting both dimensional errors, function and appearance. None of my appliances fit the cavities that he built!! A very big costly mistake. Additionally, there was damage to our home that we had to cover out of pocket. Despite repeated efforts to address these issues, the project was left unfinished, forcing us to find a new contractor to fix and complete the work. This entire process has been a costly and exhausting ordeal. For the full details of our experience, please see our complete review under “Crafted Cabinetry and Millwork” on Yelp or Google.
