Update: Ross spoke to me at my home. Looks like there was a gap in communication. He apologized and set everything right. I'm very happy we got to speak. So tired of the damage every year. HOA loves them. Probably because the treasurer works for them. Can't call the company directly anymore because the woman that answers the phone just yells at me. She says she is fed up with all the complaints coming from our community.

I has Ross recently come to give me an estimate to trim tree branches. I was told it would cost $2,000 for top branches. I thought that was outrageous and did not have it done. I found someone to do a fantastic job for $300. I felt as if they did not want to do the job they should have just said something instead of charging me such an outrageous price. But as a single woman, were they trying to take advantage.

I was recommended to talk with Ross Paving through another app and I'm so happy that I did! We needed a section of driveway repaired and it needed to have a fairly complicated profile to help water run-off. Well, the driveway looks amazing...and even better, after the first storms, the profiling and pitch is absolutely perfect! These people are true craftsmen, and they obviously care and take pride in their work. Highly recommended!!
