Mark and Brett are easy to communicate with, and great collaborators. S&J being a family owned and operated business makes this that much easier to support.

We had S&J replace our parking lot at our church in Wayne. It was the worst experience. We had a colapsed culvert they saw and paved over it. After a short time the drive collapsed. Their response was they saw it but it was not in their bid to replace it. We then had to have them do it anyway. We started having issues immediately with the rest of the lot and it continued to get worse. I reccommend to avoid this company at all cost for large jobs.

Unprofessional. The semi driver dropped one of his trailers on our lot for the whole day without permission, he also damaged the lot. They were not doing work on our property. When I informed the driver of the semi about the issue the driver proceeded to swear at me. I personally would not do business with this company just off of this one interaction alone.

Was on their calendar to seal 3 Office buildings 2 months in advanced. 30 Tenants canceled their business to have this done. S&J cancelled my date to do something else without notice. Now I have to deal will 30 tenants who lost their weekend of business. DO NOT RECOMEND

I’ve worked with S&J in the past as well as just recently. They are very courteous and efficient. However, I use them because of the quality of their work. I highly recommend them. Mike Howell
