S&K did a great job resurfacing our asphalt parking lot. Very happy with the results!

Worst company ever. Do not use them. My driveway fell apart after two years. They explained there was something wrong with the supplier of the concrete, offered to repair it, and then stopped responding after I wanted to have it fixed. Use someone else. They offered terrible customer service through the process and don’t stand behind their promise.

Called three times and left a detailed message each time. Never received a reply even after three weeks have passed. A reply from any contractor (even if they are unable to do the job) is always expected and if one isn't given then the customer is never their top priority.

Very good about answering the phone and are prompt with appointments. Those are a hard thing to find when dealing with companies in this industry from my personal experience. The work on the other hand was not very appealing. If I ran the company I would have never left a driveway the way mine was left. Then I was given reasons to why my driveway looked the way it did which was a their problem not my problem. At this point it has turned into mine though. Just sucks to have to cut up asphalt that was just paid for and then have to pay another company to do it correctly. It is in better shape than it was and it works. I could see hiring them to maybe do a driveway to a shop or something but not to your house... Let me be the one that has to bite the bullet for you on that one.
