Your workers need to not only learn how to put up appropriate traffic barricades. They also need to learn how to tell time. If you put out that a road or street is closing from x time to x, time you need to stick to that and not shut it down early.

They drive dangerously on the road, weaving in and out of traffic and they purposely cut me off almost clipping the front end of my vehicle.

I guess the the crew doesn’t understand how road laws work and/or how a four way stop works. Had a worker who was following a skytrak stop and get out his truck and approach me in my vehicle in the middle of the intersection because I went on my turn. I suppose we shouldn’t expect much from a company hiring subpar employees who represent their company. Especially to be driving a company vehicle. Subpar employees will only produce subpar results.

I am utterly disgusted with the management of this company that is overseeing the construction work on the 1585 stretch in Lubbock. The workers putting in the effort are doing a satisfactory job, but the management team is a complete joke. Recently, they decided to switch traffic in the middle of rush hour, contrary to their promise made the day before. There were no signs or pilot cars, and the lanes were not marked, making it a hazardous experience for drivers. The city of Lubbock has wasted billions hiring this company, and it is clear that the management is incompetent and needs to be replaced. They make changes for no clear reason and without notifying the public, shutting down roads and business access without any prior warning. Adding to that, they move equipment during peak morning rush hour instead of doing it the evening before, creating chaos on the roads. My commute time has increased to 20-25 minutes, and most of that time is due to the slow-moving pickups of this company, which are merely wasting time and causing traffic congestion. It is evident that this company has no idea how to maintain efficiency and keep roads safe for drivers during construction. I wouldn't be surprised if they are running behind schedule and over budget.

I guess the driver of the truck in the photos thinks he’s free to park anywhere he wants or he’s an expecting mother! Since he parked in the reserved for expecting mothers parking spot at United on Indiana and 1585 during breakfast!
