They just finished my drive way and parking area. Not only did they beat the low bid by almost $3000 they did more for less than we were quoted by 4 other companies. The work was immaculate and the lines are perfect. After 16 years with a gravel driveway and dealing with mud and dust on cars right after wash in them, ruts and holes, and sliding on a hill, we finally have a real driveway to be proud of when people come to our home. Samples Construction was getting my recommendation to friends and family before they finished because the care that went into prep and the first steps were a clear indicator of the quality we were getting. If you want to pay more for less, go ahead. If you want to get a lot more than you ever expected for the best prices around…. This is the guy.

If your looking to get some grading done,you don't need to look no further. My driveway was a mess.completly washed out and it now looks better than it ever has.It was very clear that chan knew what he was doing.He went beyond what I wanted done.It easy to see he cares about his work,every little detail.
