Sanchez Brothers Paving has performed 2 significant projects at my residence. In both cases, the people assigned to the jobs were timely, responsive and professional. Most importantly, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. I highly recommend Sanchez Brothers Paving.

Used them for 30 years in many commercial projects. Great pricing, great work and great character. Referred this company to many other large management companies like Beachfront and RTI - all very happy and long term customers. SB Paving around for 75+ years as a family business in the South Bay.SB Paving only does commerical work from my experience. The negative reviews are, in my opinion garbage from angry people who were inconvienced when work was being complated - NOT actual customers.

Complete disregard for human life as a Sanchez Paving employee chose to muscle me back on the sidewalk as I was legally entering a crosswalk using a Sanchez Paving vehicle an his assault weapon. He knew 500% that I was crossing the street. Do you want to hire a paving company who purposely mows down your neighbors?
