Whoever keeps hiring these people to work on the roads in Berkeley county really needs to stop. It doesn't seem like they know what they're doing 95% of the time and they definitely don't know how to direct traffic properly.

Over the span of 2 days, Sanders Bros. was contracted to do repaving work on this street. The curbs were sloped to be flush with the previous existing concrete road. After coldplaning (removing the previous road, which had no defects, putting that out there) the road was paved starting the first day and finishing the next. The final result is, lacking finesse. The new asphalt road sits proud of the curb where the old road sat flush. Those new edges they made ON TOP of the curb aren't straight, and the road surface has imperfections due to one of the roller operators slacking off and waiting too long to roll behind the paver. Chunks of broken asphalt left behind off the sides. It's smoother than concrete, sure, but at what cost? And I'm not talking about money. The previous concrete road was holding up extremely well for being about 35 years old. The black road surface will likely get extremely hot in this coming summer. Overall finish is ugly and rushed.

We just waited 25 minutes in line on Nexton Parkway in Summerville, this is twice now Sanders bros. Has not been able to appropriately manage traffic control patterns in a timely manner. You guys have me late to work twice now in 1 week. I have sat through plenty of construction similar to this and waited but nothing like this. You guys need to do better, this is horrible!!!

Y'all's inability to control traffic on projects you are working on is alarming. After 15 minutes of waiting at the man with the stop sign i asked how much longer we should expect to wait. He just shrugged. Twice now we’ve been late due to the blatant mis-management of the flow of traffic.
