Savannah Streets Department

NEVER do any road improvements. I’m 70 years old and NEVER come through to clear road., ever. No improvement, whatsoever . They are always waiting on money from the budget. Odd that other roads get improved even ones with only one house. They get nice asphalt on their road. If we’re lucky we get 3 patched holes in the gravel. I do have pictures for proof. It just depends who owns property on improvements being made on roads in Hardin County. Like I said 70 years old, born and raised here. Things will never change in my lifetime. I hope the next generation will see change 🙏

Big thumbs 👍 to the county road Boyz! Had a old nasty huge oak that was partially in right of way and close proximity to power lines. Took about 8 mos for them to get to it but they showed up yesterday and swarmed it like hungry beavers 🦫. About 6 hours later it was GONE!! Thanx guys!

One of the hardest places to get anything done in savannah they never answer the phone took me 4 days calling just to get someone on the phone
