Seal-It Asphalt Maintenance

Our association has used Seal It Sealcoating on two occasions-three years apart. We've had great communications with them and their service and product has been excellent.

I have been using Joe and his team at Seal it sealcoating for several years, Joe the owner is very personable and professional, he came out, gave me an estimate and a few days later Joe and his team did the seal coat job, they were neat and did a very good job, I highly recommend seal it sealcoating

I chose Joe from “Seal-It “ after interviewing four pavers. His explanation of what was needed for my previously botched driveway was detailed and specific. He is a seal coat specialist. He met his job schedule on time, starting with power wash, and rotor sanding of the old junk sealer removal, before meticulously filling all major cracks a day later. The final asphalt sealer was applied with detailed spread & brush technique resurfacing the existing driveway surface as if a new paving job was done. His men were laborious in every foot of the prep work allowing himself to supervise the final sealing. He was a gentleman and pleasure to deal with as well as fair priced for the most quality job ever done. 10+ recommended!

We used Seal-It Sealcoating this Fall to seal our driveway. Joe was very busy with calls and estimates but was able to send me a very reasonable estimate within the week. He scheduled me shortly after and they arrived on the promised day. He uses quality sealer and was thorough and clean with his work. I'd use this company again!

I wasn't even able to get an estimate sent to me in almost two months from this company. It took a few weeks for Joe to come out to my house to take a look at the driveway. Considering it's a busy season for driveway contractors, I understood the delay. However, after at least 5 phone calls and two text messages verifying my email address, I still haven't received an estimate. I live in CT, I'm guessing that may be why Joe hasn't made it a point to have the estimate sent. It's possible he only services people with very long driveways to make it worth the money? I thought my driveway was an average size. Not sure either way, but he has told me 4 times that he'll have the estimate sent "today", and during the last call that I made, he told me the estimate was sent, but to text him with the email address because it could've gone to the wrong email address or even my junk folder. It wasn't in my junk folder and I still didn't receive the estimate two days after that, even after a reminder text. I really was hoping for a better experience after seeing the reviews on yelp, but I'm shocked they have any good ratings with the customer service they have. Disappointing to come across and I will definitely not recommend to anyone I know or whomever asks in my network. It's not worth the frustration of being lied to for something as simple as an estimate.
