Just another company truck doing 75mph in a 50mph posted zone. Ashland City Hwy on May 14th, 2026 6:30am. Just remember, if he hits me, it will then be "Carl's Paving". Edit: Just passed me again on Hwy 12 doing at least 80 (im doing 60+)

They do excellent work, over time I have seen many of their works, impeccable and long-lasting.

We are a GC that needed work done outside a luxury mall. The mall only permitted the work to be done in a small time frame in the middle of the night. Davis at sessions was great to work with. Accommodating, has great communication and delivered a finish look exactly as we needed it.

Would leave zero stars if I could. After months have gone by from when we accrpted their bid, Sessions FINALLY started a paving job in Brentwood Point I in November, but abandoned/didn’t finish allegedly because of the excuse that temperatures were dropping the next day below freezing. THEN WHY DID YOU START THE PROJECT?!? Could have easily looked at 5-day forecast before tearing up our main entrance and parking lot! They said they would be back out to finish on December 12 (date original post written) but DID NOT SHOW!!! The weather was near perfect that day and the next, but they said it’d be the next Monday! They did not come out that day, nor on other acceptable weather days. 168 townhomes were affected by this! Updated on 1/17/2023: Sessions had still not finished this project and we had growing potholes at the entrance to our subdivision. Weather had been nice/above freezing and not raining several days so far, but Brentwood Point 1 has obviously just taken bottom of this company’s priority. Very disappointed so far. Final update: Took them until 2/21/2023 to finally finish the section of the paving project the HOA contracted with them to perform back in May of 2022. There were so many complaints voiced by residents/owners from the inconvenience of going almost 3 full months with front entrance looking horrible and even potholes developing (see photos) after the grating! Thanks for all the stress and massive inconvience! Never would use them again after this debacle.

Just called to get an estimate. It sounded like it was a hassle to talk on the phone. Terrible phone etiquette. I'm pretty sure I've received better customer service from the late night staff at a Wendy's in downtown Detroit.
