Shrock Premier Custom Construction, LLC

Exceptional Quality & Visionary Design We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with Shrock Premier Custom Construction. Joseph Shrock and his team are in a league of their own when it comes to custom home building. From the very beginning, their assistance with the design was invaluable. Joseph doesn't just build houses; he helps you realize a vision. We came to him and he recommended a bold idea: a 33-foot tall climbing wall integrated directly into our great room. Our boys were sold on he idea! While other builders might have shied away from such a unique structural challenge, the Shrock team embraced it, ensuring it was both a functional masterpiece and a seamless part of the home's aesthetic. A few highlights of their service: Masterful Finishes: The craftsmanship on the timber framing, the massive stone fireplace, and the custom cabinetry is flawless. Exceptional Team: Every Shrock associate was committed and established a genuine, caring relationship with us. It felt like a true partnership. Top-Tier Subs: All the sub-contractors were outstanding, professional, and held to the same high standards as Joseph himself. On Time & No Stress: We had absolutely no issues. The construction timeframe was managed perfectly, and the quality of the build is second to none. We sincerely enjoyed the entire construction process. If you are looking for a builder who cares as much about your home as you do, I cannot recommend Shrock Premier highly enough. Dan & Denise

Joseph and his team at Shrock are unlike other design and build firms. We have built 3 homes and owned several more over the years (I guess that means we are old!). The experience we had with Shrock was unmatched! Their patience and attention to detail from inception to completion was exceptional. Their expertise and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Every specialist that we worked with shared a common desire to not only fulfill our dream, but to enhance it! We became friends! Truly friends. 5 years later, we can say that they not only deliver in the build, they stand behind everything (although we have had little need for them to return since the initial craftsmanship was superior). Shrock’s integrity truly sets an example for all businesses to follow. Joseph Shrock has surrounded himself with great people, like him, who deeply care about their craft. Lastly, they are also generous in their community and give back and share their success. Your experience with Shrock will be unforgettable, just as ours has been! Enjoy the journey! Couldn't be happier with the custom home Shrock Premier Custom Construction built for my wife and me. It's a true work of art, rustic yet modern and feels like family. We'd seen their solid work on a friend's home which sold us on having them renovate our last home. So, when we decided to build a new home it was a no brainer to work with Shrock. They tackled our unique ideas head-on, like milling 2,000+ trees from our property for the build. Highlights include the massive push-button barn doors, amazing attic truss views, and a massive 900 lb log mantel as the great room centerpiece. When people first walk into our home, they cannot believe that craftsmanship like this actually exists. Their team never backs down, they solve problems and deliver quality that'll last 100+ years. If you're after a luxury home with experienced craftsmen handling everything from design to move-in, Shrock's your go-to. Highly recommend for creating a special spot to live and make memories!
