Sienna Concrete LLC

I would leave zero stars if I could. This company is sketchy and unresponsive. Seemed great until I asked them to act like a business. I paid half down for a job and requested a receipt showing the down payment. It was excuse after excuse until I decided to go with my gut and request a refund. Clearly the job wasn’t getting done. That produced more excuses, the down payment had clearly been spent. This seems to be a pattern, the other recent review similar to this has been removed though. I will be pursuing my refund in small claims. Beware!!!!

Went through their website and scheduled a time to meet at my property for an estimate on a backyard patio. Received an email confirming the date and time of the appointment. They were a no-show. No call. No text. Not even another email. If you can't keep simple estimate appointment, how can you be trusted to complete the job?

We hired Sienna to replace a driveway. Chad and his team showed up on time, did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Very professional, polite and organized. Concrete looks great and they did a great job cleaning up and leaving the yard, street clean. I would highly recommend Chad and Sienna Concrete.

Chad at Sienna Concrete LLC was an answer to prayer. Honestly. We have had a horribly cracked and degraded driveway for 9 years and have struggled to find a contractor to take on the project for the past 3 years. I contacted Chad and he was immediately responsive to come on site to provide a quote (20 minutes!). He was thorough and professional. His team was able to come two days later, on time and got right to work. There were changes and adjustments that we made to the project between the estimate and the start of the project and Chad was very flexible. His team was very considerate of our neighbors and traffic on our very narrow street. The work site was kept clean. The entire team worked tirelessly from morning through to evening. The driveway is beautiful and sloped perfectly for proper drainage. Abutments to house and garage are clean and neat. I'm so excited for snow to shovel our awesome driveway! Thanks Chad and team! Incredible work.

Quick to reply, quick to do the job. Professional and on time. I was expecting to wait weeks for my shed and patio to be poured, he made it happen quick and went above and beyond.
