Silvermans construction

We hired this Silverman construction to repair a torn-up flight of stairs that had become a major safety concern for our family. Jake drew up plans and helped transform the damaged staircase into a fully enclosed landing that is not only sturdy and well-built but also much safer for our kids. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the finished project exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and paid close attention to detail. What was once a hazard is now a functional and attractive part of our home. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality construction work and peace of mind when it comes to safety.

We hired Silvermans Construction to build a patio cover and second-floor deck at our home in Santa Clarita, and the results came out even better than we expected. What started as a basic patio project turned into a full outdoor upgrade, including framing a solid shade structure and adding a new exterior door from our master bedroom to access the deck. Jake, the owner, and his crew were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, the project was well managed, and everything was built with a high level of attention to detail. The framing work is solid, and you can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to structural construction. The finished patio cover provides great shade, and the new deck completely changed how we use the space. The before and after is a huge improvement. If you’re in Santa Clarita and looking for a general contractor for a patio cover, deck, or framing project, I would highly recommend Silvermans Construction.

Silverman’s Construction completely exceeded our expectations with my mother’s master bathroom remodel. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to really listen to what my mom wanted and brought her vision to life even better than we imagined. The craftsmanship is top-notch—everything from the tile work to the fixtures was done with precision and care. They kept the workspace clean, stayed on schedule, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, which made everything feel stress-free. What really stood out was how respectful and considerate they were of my mother and her home. It’s not easy having work done in your space, but they made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The finished bathroom looks absolutely beautiful—modern, functional, and built to last. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Silverman’s Construction to anyone looking for quality work and a team you can trust.
