My driveway coating washed off when it rained. SIRNA promised to comes back and take care of it. A year later it’s still not done😢

If I were able to give 0 stars... I would've. Had a concrete driveway installed end of Oct 2022. There are 2 sections on the drifeway (expansion joint between them). The front part looks great, BUT the back part is all blotchy. I noticed this after winter was done. Contacted them and all i was told was that theyve never seen that happen. Then said that it was the same slab (uh-expansion joint) and same concrete (2 trucks delivered). They offered NO resolution to the problem. I had others look at it and its diwn to 3 things- bad concrete, bad cure & seal agent application or it shouldnt have been installed as late in the year (i was assured that it was okay by them). Even thru the BBB they offered nothing. Never again will i use them or recommend them to anybody. They wont stand behind their work. ADDENDUM Two years old and the back part I mentioned is pitting and chipping. I did try to go thru the BBB but it went nowhere. Sirnas also lied to them as to when they installed the drive. It was done in October and they said it was done in the summer. Stay away from them

I can't say enough positive about this company. They listened to my need to turn my moonscape cratered driveway into one I could be proud of. They proposed in detail how they planned to do the repair, grading, resurfacing and finish work to meet my goals. The price was fair and once agreed upon we scheduled a time that the weather decided to complicate for a couple days but it was done by true professionals who were respectful of my property and made it clear how much pride they take in their work. Now I have the best looking driveway in my neighborhood and when it rains, no more mini ponds in the craters of the nightmare they fixed. I give them an 11 stars out of 10..

I contact Siena Construction around 8/20 to inquire about an estimate to asphalt my driveway. I was contacted and the first part was done around 10/8 which I was reluctant for him to do at that time of year but he was persistence in doing. Long story short. My driveway was finish around the end of October. When the winter ended, I notice in March my driveway had lines all up and down which is making it look pinstripe. I have spoken to Donna on several occasions since 3/21 and was told someone would come out to correct the situation. I also spoke to Dennis who stated he came out to look at my driveway and will get it done because it is a simple. job. I called in 4/21, 4/21 , 6/2 which Donna said someone would be out probably the next week. Siena has not called, emailed me nor corrected the job. I am so disappointed and would not use them again.

My husband and I are extremely happy that we went with Sirna Concrete and Asphalt for our concrete driveway and the replacement of our garage floor!!! I have never thought to use the word “Gorgeous” to describe a concrete job, but it truly is! Mike and Connie are amazing to work with and Jerry and the crew are experienced, professional and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them and would be happy for Mike and Connie to use our place if anyone wants to see the quality of their work!
