Solid Rock Concrete Services

We hired Solid Rock Concrete Services to replace a driveway and sidewalk two years ago. A few weeks after completion of the project, we started seeing problems with their work. Not only do we have major cracks in several areas, the surface of the concrete is flaking, exposing aggregate. We have contacted Jeremiah several times, and he refuses to make it right with us. By the way, we paid this company $25,000 and expected quality work. Now, we will have to hire another contractor to fix the mess we ended up with. :(

I called Jeremiah in February to get a quote to replace sidewalks that were removed as part of an earlier project. He took measurements for the sidewalks which lead to a discussion about a raised concrete patio that was in disrepair. He suggested that we remove the old patio and run a larger patio at ground level. We have not regretted that decision. After seeing the quality of work on this project we decided to proceed with installing a garage on the south side of our property. I mentioned that we also wanted to fence our back yard and after some thought, Jeremiah mentioned that he is starting a handy man service for bigger projects that require more than 1 man and possibly a skid steer. They cleared a lot of shrubs and small trees and built me the prettiest (and sturdiest) fence in the neighborhood. I will not hesitate to call Solid Rock for any future projects. They come when they say they will, they do what they say they will, the communication channel is always open and questions asked when in doubt, and they work HARD! The quality is second to none. They spent the better part of two months here and totally transformed the look of our property. We couldn't be happier!

Have had work done by Jeremiah in the past and when my neighbor was having an unnamed contractor do their driveway, I had considered the other contractor. After seeing the end result of that guy, I knew I was calling Jeremiah at Solid Rock to get my work done. Their work is top notch. He's done my front steps, a walkway, drive, and sidewalk all quite reasonably. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Jeremiah and his crew were outstanding? Replied to my inquires right away. Never a delay in responding. When we were ready for the work to begin, he was there within the week. Very fast and efficient work. Job looks great. Very friendly, will definitely use them in the future.

These guys do a great job, finished product always looks great. Jeremy and his crew always do everything they can to keep the client happy every step of the way. He takes more pride in his work than most. He's a perfectionist when it comes to finishing his client's concrete projects and holds every crew member to the same standard! Best group of guys around! You won't be disappointed!
