Southern Development & Construction, Inc

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Beyond the quality of the work itself, what stood out most was the lack of professionalism, accountability, and organization. Management appeared to make decisions without clear communication or consistency, creating confusion for both employees and customers. Responsibilities were poorly coordinated. I was also concerned by what I perceived to be poor ethical standards. There was a lack of transparency and accountability when problems arose, and decisions often seemed to prioritize convenience over fairness and responsibility. A company’s values are reflected in how it treats people and handles challenges, and unfortunately, this experience left me with little confidence in its leadership. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, well-organized, and ethically managed business. There is significant room for improvement in communication, organizational structure, and leadership.

These people drive very dangerously during prime time traffic

Whoever was driving a white Silverado from this company at 4:30 on 417 coming off of Boggy Creek in Orlando Florida should be fired tailgating very dangerous driver I know it was a company truck somebody with their own vehicle that they paid for would not drive this way

Good Company, Quality Work. THEY MOVE THE EARTH !!!!

Contractors beware of this company. Horrible employees. They’ve been working in my area for the last couple months. They block roads how they see fit for convenience, they work 10% of the time the other 80% they are sitting around talking. The icing on the cake was them blocking mine, and about ten other homes only exit. The supervisor David has no remorse or an actual care to give. He was rude and condensing ordering me back in to my car when I had an appointment to be at and people who were servicing my property not able to enter the street (and I still being charged). I couldn’t imagine how they would have done if there was an emergency and emergency vehicles had to pass by at the time. This is 100% dangerous and they do not care. Contractors beware hiring this company will definitely result in longer times due to the fact they do not work organized and they stand around the majority of the day.
