SP+ Parking

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for monthly parking and received a welcome email shortly after. When I went to the garage on the first day it said I did not have a monthly parking pass. I then got an email to pay again. I emailed multiple times to try and resolve the issue but never got a response. No one in the garage know anything about the parking. The garage is owned by metropolis parking. When I called them they couldn’t provide an answer. I then got stuck paying over 1k for the month and was never able to dispute it. Disgusting customer service. Look elsewhere!

So far, I’ve parked here three times and every time it was the cheapest, and there was always an open spot

paid $ 365 for monthly parking and was still charged $17 for 30 min

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This place literally extorts you…there is zero parking for guests. I pulled in circled around for 20 min and got charged $10 still. No spots. In the process I watched a Jeep truck back into the car behind him and in front of him while trying to get out of his spot because the spots are so narrow and tight. Never seen anything like it. No signage, ceiling falling apart. Go elsewhere.

Parked just fine. Normal garage. We go to leave, card reader doesn’t work. We call the support line they send us a payment link to do. We continue driving. Then they charge us a service fee for “using the pay later service”….. their card reader didn’t work…. Good lord. So ok? We go to pay, they are insisting we do it before we even finish driving to our destination or they will add more fees. Terrible.
