SP+ Parking

Do NOT park here, your vehicle will not be protected from break ins. While they will take your money they will they honor your parking pass so if you work in the surrounding area find parking elsewhere. Staff is also extremely rude and the garage reeks of urine.

We used this parking lot while staying at the Springhill Suites. It provided easy access to the hotel via a skyway. We booked the parking through Spothero and that worked as expected.

Plenty of parking for an event at the fiserv. Walked about a block and a half which isn't bad and that only cost $5 when reserved in advance. There are lights in the lot so you can see which is assuring.

Facility Manager Nathan Gaumer sent me an overdue bill email for a balance I was unaware of due to being on auto pay. I settled up immediately and replied to his email asking when one of the damaged entrance gates I pay to use would be fixed. One week and still no response. It's clear S+P just wants their money and doesn't actually care about the quality of the facilities they manage or people they hire to do so. I hate I have to park here for work.

Stayed at the Hyatt parked at 310 W garage. My car was stolen from the garage. Didn't find out until the police called saying they found it. Nobody at the office. Call the number posted on the window with no answer. Not sure how they managed to leave the garage. Definitely park elsewhere, kinda hard to claim its a secure lot. What a joke.
