I had Tri State Land Works out to replace exterior drain tile that had completely failed. The crew arrived and promptly got to work after going through a walk through with me to understand the problem areas better. They finished the project in a day and answered my questions about the work they had done. The work area was regraded to ensure proper drainage on the surface as well. Jordan even gave me a call back to answer a question I had after they left. Great work, helpful to all the questions I had for them.

Jordan and company did a fantastic job on grading our backyard after completion of our Garage project. Jordan was excellent to work with - more than willing to use resources that I sourced for the project, but still able to clearly tell me what would and would not work. I was very pleased with the outcome. I enjoyed working with Jordan.

I requested a quote to replace a retaining wall at my home. An estimate was sent without a site visit and didn't have information on project specifics, warranty, or insurance, so I sent an email follow up asking for them. Almost a week later I received an email stating "I don't believe we would be a good fit for you on this project" and the estimate was removed.

Jordan and the crew at Tri State replaced the original, now old and rotting, wooden retaining walls at our house. Jordan took the time to get to know us and our needs before offering several reasonable options. Jordan designed a gorgeous curved retaining wall that helped to keep to the original aesthetic of the house and provides a beautiful replacement for some old rotten wood stairs and decking. The crew was conscientious, efficient and thorough. In one week we went from being worried about a collapse to loving the new look.thank you Jordan!

We had somewhat of a tricky retaining wall and stairs build for a hillside and him and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job!
