Spartan Sealcoating & Property Maintenance, llc

First time using Chris. Was an outstanding experience from the estimate through completion of the job. Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and I thought the pricing was very fair.

Had my driveway done by Spartan today - looks great. They communicated well throughout the process - I will refer them to friends and family without hesitation.

I usually tackle home projects myself, but after some research and experience, I realized that sealcoating is one job better left to the pros—especially if you care about doing it right. That’s where Chris and Mike from Spartan Seal Coating came in. From the start, they were excellent to work with: I got a prompt, no-pressure estimate, and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. What really sets them apart is the quality of their work and materials. They’ve formulated their own high-performance mix, and it shows in the final result. This wasn’t just a coat of black sealer—it was a real restoration. They quite literally saved a poorly laid asphalt driveway that I thought might not be salvageable. The price was very reasonable—especially when you compare it to the cost of DIY materials, which don’t even come close in terms of durability or finish. Add in the need for professional equipment and know-how, and it’s a no-brainer. I’m glad I didn’t try to DIY this one. Chris and Mike knew exactly what they were doing, and the finished product speaks for itself. If you’re considering sealcoating, save yourself the time and trouble—hire Spartan. You’ll be glad you did.

Chris and his son did a great job. We built this home over 25 years ago, he was the best seal coater we used yet. Very honest, fair guy that did the job the right way with no short cuts. Highly Recommended!

Spartan did a superior job on our driveway! The quality of his work was excellent. Very easy to do business with as far as communication and timeliness. Chris is very knowledgeable in the seal-coating process. I would definitely recommend using Spartan to anyone.
