Sta-Built Construction, LLC

We had a good experience working with the Sta-Built team. We worked with Zach up front on the design, Jesse was the project manager who kept things on schedule, Michelle helped keep communication flowing, and Moises spearheaded the labor with his hard-working crew. They installed a putting green, fringe, and lawn in our backyard and extended our paver path. The entire team was responsive and focused on the important details. We’re really happy with how the project turned out and it was done within our required timeline with a few days to spare. Our daughter was happy to have her 7th birthday party in our beautiful new backyard instead of in a gravel pit. Thank you Moises, Jesse, Michelle, and Zach!

Sta-Built Pavers did an amazing job transforming our yard. Zack, our design consultant, really worked with us to get the solution just right. What surprised us most was how easy he was to talk to — not pushy or salesy at all, just genuinely helpful. Michael, our project manager, was equally kind and professional, making sure everyone was on the same page before the work began. While the material delivery was delayed a bit, Hector and the crew more than made up for it. They were incredibly efficient and even incorporated some retaining wall blocks we had purchased the year before. In just 7.5 days, they completely transformed the space and truly blew us away. Also throwing in a shout out to Michelle — very nice and communicative regarding billing and making sure financing was applied. All in all — The process is smooth, the quality is excellent, the 27 year warranty is incredible, and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Sta-Built!

Communication from start to finish was impressive. There was one period of waiting that I may have misunderstood, but once the materials arrived, everything moved smoothly.I worked with Randall, Michael, and Daniel, each of them was great to work with and brought helpful ideas to improve my yard. I was initially skeptical since I hadn't heard of the company before meeting them at a farmers market a few years ago, when I first requested a quote. When we decided to move forward this year, it felt like we picked up right where we left off. A massive shout out to Roberto and Israel they were great to have in our home! Once the yard and side yard were completed, my family was extremely happy with how everything turned out.

I’ve had two projects completed by Sta-build. I worked with Zac on the second one, it was turf and replacing some bricks from a previous project. Zac recommended the artificial turf for me and it turned out wonderful. It was the right color, the right height and the right texture for the space. His expertise finished my project perfectly

We are very happy with the results of our retaining wall with curved bench seating and paver patio installed by Sta-Built. Barry, Michael and Hector and the team were great to work with. Although the design process was a little frustrating, it turned out better than we envisioned it, thanks to everyone on the team providing their input. As with all construction projects, it pays to oversee it and stay involved to get what you want! Everyone at Sta-Built worked hard to get our job scheduled and completed with all the excess product picked up before a big family holiday gathering which made us so happy. The product supplier was professional, and they were very careful not to block the driveway with product. The project took a little longer than initially expected due to underestimation of the amount of excavation required, however, two weeks for the total construction schedule was still very good. The construction team was pleasant, efficient and they cleaned up everything daily. Communication once the job was underway with a group-text chain really made a difference and kept everyone, including us, in the loop. After almost 3 months, we have had no issues or regrets (except now we want the rest of the patio done!!).
