Steve Parker Sealcoating

Steve Parker Sealcoating did a fantastic job!! We have a 60 yard or so long asphalt driveway and large parking area. The crew led by Kevin Parker came edged and cleaned. Added sand to the cracks and sealed. Cut out the bad spots and filled. Great prep work and went so far as to put plastic on our fence in case of overspray. Then sprayed on a seal coat. The crew was fast and courteous and best of all did what they said they would and more at the price quoted. Appreciate the extra effort!!

We contracted with them to do the River Rock HOA pool parking lot and they did a very professional job in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and the parking lot and parking space/walkway stripping look excellent!

Very pleased with the work Steve, Bob and crew did. They were great about communicating what would happen & when; showed up on time; and did a great job. Thank you!

Steve Parker Sealcoating went above and beyond to make our church building look beautiful. They painted exterior trim along the roof line, windows, and doors. They also painted our gate, which was rusting badly. They also sealed and striped our front parking lot. They worked with our schedule, worked quickly, communicated well, and were a major blessing to us. We highly recommend using them, and we will be hiring them again in the future.

Steve Parker Sealcoating did my driveway, apron to my second driveway, and an area around my mail box that the water company messed up. I have never seen such a professional job done as what they did for me.They arrived with two trucks and 6 employees and were gone in less than 1 hour. The quality of their work compared to the last two companies is the greatest I have experienced. They actually treated the oil stains and when the coating dried two days later it was a beautiful job. I will do this on an annual basis without doubt. For anyone thinking about the quality of their work, feel free to drive by 116 Lori Circle here in Spartanburg, 29303 for a look at quality work. These guys are the best. There are three other driveways in my neighborhood that were done last year by some fly by nighters that you can compare to and see the difference.
