Stewart's Paving

I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the fantastic driveway work that Mr. Clifford Stewart and his team did for me! Not only did he lay out a terrific & detailed plan of exactly what was needed and what he was going to do, but he then even over-delivered on the entire project! I was extremely happy with his quality of work and the attention to detail! Let me add a little backstory, because again, Stewart’s Paving & Asphalt really did a beautiful job for me and I want to let others know about what I’ve learned about the “chip seal business”. About 3 years ago I had hired another company to do this same job. They assured me that all I needed to do for my “lengthy rural dirt driveway off of the County Road” was to scrape the dirt down a bit and spray one coat of tar sealant and rock chip. I trusted them as the experts and hired them. And then just after a couple of years, my driveway was popping full of weeds, the sealant and rock had started eroding away, and the driveway easily washed out during rain. It was a waste of my money. So in May 2026, I talked with a couple of different Chip Seal companies that were advertising on social media. I needed someone to redo my driveway. Both said that they’d just spray over the top of what driveway I had left, and then apply a new layer of rock. I was highly suspect this time. It seemed like they just wanted to get in and out and without regard to quality or driveway longevity. Then Mr. Stewart was recommended to me from a neighbor up the road that had used him and who was very pleased. Clifford visited and proposed the correct way to do my specific driveway and to do it right. We agreed to it all and it was at a very fair price. Plus he was a local and long time established business. Then he and his team did all of the following: 1) skid-steered and scooped up the old chip seal layer, 2) loaded it into a dump truck and carted it away for landfill, 3) then scraped up and leveled the old dirt underneath, 4) brought in a whole
