Strategic Construction Inc

Strategic Construction did an amazing job on our new deck! Sean was incredibly communicative and professional throughout the entire planning and build process. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. A huge thank you to Raul and Javier, who came out and built the deck for us. Their craftsmanship and work ethic were outstanding. I am posting the before and after pictures in this comment so everyone can see their incredible work. If you have any outdoor builds in mind, I highly recommend choosing Strategic Construction!

Bill and his team did a great job on our screened-in porch, deck, and patio. In addition to being a beautiful finished project, Bill was a partner throughout the process. From providing valuable feedback on design, to helping navigate HOA approvals, to following up after project completion. We enjoyed working with Bill and would use him and his team on future projects.

We couldn’t be happier with our new paver patio. From the start, Strategic Construction impressed us — they were quick to provide a quote and got the project underway faster than we expected. Sean was fantastic to work with. He really listened to our ideas, helped us refine the design, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for— or, in this case, even more. The end result exceeded our expectations — it looks even better than we had imagined. If you’re looking for a company that’s responsive, professional, and truly cares about getting it right— call Sean. 5 stars— Highly recommend!

Sean was great. Incredibly responsive and accommodating to make sure the work gets done to your satisfaction. He even took care of a few small side things to help make sure the work got done in a very timely manner. After meeting with a few vendors, their pricing was very reasonable — and Sean’s responsiveness and willingness to get the job done put them over the top. Lastly, the crew that did the concrete work was very efficient. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for concrete and hardscaping work.

When my husband and I were ready to have a new deck built, we requested quotes from 3 separate companies. We chose the one provided by Bill as it was obvious of his attention to detail in the itemization of what would be done and with what products. He commenced work and all along the way, he showed professionalism. His crew did a wonderful job, and cleaned up each day. My husband is a perfectionist and he was so impressed with them that toward the end of the project, he barbequed 2 pork butts with all the fixings for them to enjoy. Bill cared about customer service and was always available to answer questions and came to check up on the work regularly. Years later we were in need of post end caps and bases that broke shoveling during the winter storm and he was there to offer assistance. We would definitely recommend him and his company Strategic Construction for similar projects.
