Sunland Asphalt

Do not use these guys! They re coated our road and just sprayed the asphalt down and didn’t stop people from driving on it tell it was dry. All my neighbors and I got asphalt all over our cars and then said they would pay for the repairs and they don’t seem to want to return anyone’s call. Look at the pics! The cones where placed on the inside of the wet asphalt and we where supposed to drive on it. Even the flaggers that worked the project said they had never seen anyone do that. I have the video of there superintendent saying they would pay for the damages. They won’t call us back. The finished project is horrible!

Thank you, Tucson Sunland for your recent work on our HOA roads. Your crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job without problems. Everything was coordinated well and the traffic flowed flawlessly during the application of the fog seal. Also, the administrative staff was helpful providing necessary information to help our residents prepare for the brief road closures. Tucson Sunland has consistently maintained our HOA roads for 25 years. They do excellent work and help us navigate concerns or problems with the roads. They use quality products for the poly chip, crack seal and fog seal that holds up well with extreme weather and our usage. Also, Anthony the Project Consultant is extremely helpful to answer questions and give appropriate advice to keep our roads in excellent condition. I also like the way Anthony references the crew. He is respectful of them and recognizes their hard work. We receive many compliments on our roads and that is a testimony of how Sunland has taken care of us. Over the years as we do our due diligence to see if there is a better price or provider. Tucson Sunland has always come out on top because of their fair bids and quality work and products. We really appreciate your service and recommend your company whenever asked who maintains our roads.

I called and spoke to a very nice young lady. I needed some special arrangements due to my disabilities. She had Luis (boss) call me which he did. He then referred me to the on-site superintendent, Ismael. He stopped at my house the day they did the work to check on me. All three were very nice and caring! I greatly appreciate all their help!

Had a bad experience with another asphalt company. Craig Pratt showed extortionary customer service I did not experience from the other guys. He went above and beyond to take care of a unsatisfactory job that he was not originally involved with. Thank you Craig and Sunland for doing fantastic seal coat redo at my business parking lot. It looks great!

Worst asphalt company ever. They have shut down a whole neighborhood, we never know how to get into our home since all the streets are closed with no signs for a detour. No staff to warn us that we are going the wrong way. Staff that just stands around with nothing getting done, just chatting. The least they can do is communicate with the homeowners while they are just standing around. Took them 3 days to pave half of one road. Talk about milking the contract.
