We are a small condo community in central Phoenix on a single street in uptown. Our 20 year old asphalt needed to be removed and replaced. Junior Alvarez and his team from Sunstar Seal Coating did a fantastic job. We received several bids, but decided to go with Sunstar because of the personal attention we received. The job started and ended at the times and dates promised. I received so many great comments from our residents and owners about how Junior and his team were courteous and helpful while the job was in progress. The work they did was superb! Sunstar Seal Coating did an excellent job repaving our roads and putting in speed bumps here at VIP RV Resort & Storage in Apache Junction, AZ. Junior was excellent in explaining how the work would be done, and how long it would take. Junior and his crew were very professional. I would recommend Sunstar Seal Coating to anyone needing asphalt.

Due to extreme deterioration of our existing parking lot, it was time for a replacement. Part of our business had to close for several days so I had a great opportunity to watch its progress through our security cameras. I can't say enough about how meticulous and hard working Sunstar's employees had been throughout the whole process and it was fun to get educated in a way that otherwise wouldn't have been possible. This was the second time that we've used Sunstar for asphalt replacement and although the criteria was a bit different than the second job, it was without a doubt a superb job well done!

What to look for when you hire a good contractor? Junior is the guy. He will educate you the right ways to get the job done. He is on time, professional, pay attention to detail, and most important, he is reliable. He will do more than you expect. (Repair area 500 sqf on Contract, 800 sqf when finished) . Sunstar completed repaving our commercial parking lot. Junior and his crew started at 5 AM and did not stop until the lot was nicely paved with fresh black asphalt and newly striped parking spaces. Junior was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was taken care of. They pay attention to details. Great job at a reasonable price. We plan to use them for future projects since they also do seal coats and concrete work.
