System Pavers

Very happy with our System Pavers' team. Michael L. was our initial design consultant and was very helpful getting the process started for our paver walkway and extending the sides of our driveway. Joel G. was our project manager who was knowledgeable, communicative, and wonderful to work with throughout the project. The whole crew worked professionally and completed everything in about 5 days. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the back yard transformation and look from System Pavers.. Kudo's to Heather Barnette the Design Consultant who spent time with me to help pick out size, colors and type of pavers for my back yard patio. Kudo's to Tyler Miller the Project Manager who made sure his crew had all materials required and were delivered onsite and he made sure the labor crew knew exacly what to do. He inspected after job was completed. Kudo's to Manuel Flores and his assistant (The labor team) for their outstanding work and friendly attitudes. Done in 2 days and half day in the rain. I highly recommend System pavers for any outdoor project. Great group of people to work with. I also have a potting table I want done that will look great next to the patio. I love the 25 year Warranty on the pavers. I am also going to have System Pavers do my driveway and a front patio dividing wall. I will post pictures with a review of that when completed. The finished patio looks nice, but the overall experience was frustrating. A project that was presented as a 5–6 day install ended up taking about six weeks due to delays and mistakes along the way. Communication and coordination were inconsistent, and we often had to spend time following up or managing issues ourselves. For a project of this scale and cost, we expected a much smoother and more organized process. Hopefully the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience.

This project was a no brainer from start to finish! The System Pavers process was well streamlined and going down to the showroom made it so easy to really visualize the possibilities. Alan helped us with concept and design, making great suggestions we hadn’t even considered! Eric and his crew saw us through to the final product. The crew worked so fast, we are in awe of how quickly this all came together. We will absolutely be working with the entire System Pavers team again for any project we can!
