Taber Builders

This patterned deck cracked within MONTHS of being installed. We knew why…neither Tom nor his trusted foreman remained on site once the job began. Time and again, we caught them taking shortcuts…and ALL the damage shown is in the same place because it was not supported properly. Tom’s initial answer…pressing dry concrete into the cracks WITH HIS FINGERS and pouring water on it!!! Skip ahead a couple years and the cracks have only gotten worse. We have even been willing to pay for the cost of a repair, but Tom Taber Builders won’t even return our calls. Never encountered a company like this. Many people like the look of our deck, but we’ve sent them to someone else, anybody else for installation. Tom Taber DOES NOT stand by his work, does not own a clear screw up by his crew, and won’t repair or replace EVEN IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY!

Great team to work with. Tom is great about recommending different options or solutions that I never would have thought of. Crew was courteous and cleaned up. Beautiful job all around.

We wanted to pour a concrete pad for our new gazebo. Taber builders gave a very good price, they were here when promised and the finished product was outstanding. The patio looks awesome. We got a few quotes, his price was the lowest for the quality we were looking for. Tom came out and was honest and up front with us. I would highly recommend Taber Builders!

I’ve used Taber Builders on 2 of my residential projects. The first was for a new front porch and outside apron in 2016. To this date it still looks like it was poured yesterday. No cracks at all. The second involved replacing a very large deck with a new patio. The costs for both projects were very reasonable with no surprises. I can tell you this….Tom Taber really knows concrete, and that also applies to the chemistry as well. I’m a retired engineer and know how important specifications are when it comes to making sure projects are done right. His crew works efficiently and are good craftsmen. I highly recommend Taber Builders for your concrete needs.

I am in love with our new patio! Tabor builders did such a wonderful job. Tom Tabor was very easy to work with, gave great advice and was always responsive. Workers were professional and kind. Beautiful product!
