They have very stupid rule, they just give hard time to truck drivers, don’t come here,no business with this company,I would like to give them -10 stars 👎👎👎👎👎

Drivers DO NOT TURN DOWN LOUISIANA! The gps may tell you to turn down Louisiana to enter the facility. Continue down Johnston until you see the empty lot with Tamko signs. There you will digitally check-in. Otherwise Mike”Forklift Driver” and Co-worker ”guy who got a bad review on Christmas” were super helpful and loaded me in no time flat!

I don't know about unloading. But I can speak about pick up. It's my 2nd time picking up here, but both of them went smooth. In and out less than 30mn. I like the QR Code checking. It's very easy

They have new check-in system apparently for some time , there you have to check in via QR code or text , it’s unnecessarily complicated in my opinion, 4 stars for that reason , otherwise nice guys , and there’s a restroom available
