Terra Mia Construction

I can not say enough good things about Terra Mia. We have a bad habit of buying homes that need renovations. We have lived through remodels and renovations in New York City, Chicago, and Kentucky. When we moved to Las Vegas we feared another long painful experience with contractors that way over promise fall short. We interviewed at least 10 companies. They ranged from low ballers that just want your money to big companies that you are one of many on their schedule. We went with Terra Mia because the owner came and went through our “small” project of a tweak to a bathroom for my elderly parents moving in a few months and a gut renovation on the primary bathroom. He was the only person to be honest with us to what needed to be done to do the job right. He also committed to a very aggressive timeframe to make sure it was done before my parents moved in. The pricing was very fair. Based on the other estimates it was on the top end of the bids but based on our experiences with home remodeling the lower priced bids usually cost much more in the long run. During the process we decided to gut the kitchen, and redo the HVAC system as well. Again Terra Mia promised to added 2 major projects to this already aggressive timeframe. The results: AMAZING!!! Everyone that worked on our home was knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home like they were working on their own. Every project has hiccups. The Real tell of a good contractor is how they manage them to ensure the client is satisfied and informed. This is definitely a strength with Terra Mia. We had very definite designs in mind Terra Mia was able to make our vision a reality. This was done by working with us to discuss functionality, technical issues, and find creative ways to deliver on time and on budget. We appreciate the honesty, the follow up, and the professionalism of everyone who was involved in our project's.

We had three LED mirrors installed in two of our bathrooms. We bought the mirrors at a low price and Terra Mia installed them. They were here when they said they would be, they worked cleanly, they fixed the walls behind the old mirrors and installed sockets for the lights. They painted and texturized where needed. They did an overall great job! I would recommend them!

My husband and I bought our house in 2021 that had 2 full baths. We needed a ½ bath/powder room when family visited. Also, we were not happy with the builder grade materials that came with the house and we decided to upgrade and add that powder room we wanted. My husband contacted 3 companies to give us a bid. Terra Mia Construction was the first one that came over to our house. Johnny, the owner, at the first meeting, came across to us as very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made recommendations. We trusted him right away and my husband cancelled the appointments we had booked with the other two companies. We went to the showroom and was very impressed with the selections and the honest opinions we got from Terra Mia. Johnny went over the details and told us exactly how the work was going to start, progress and end. We signed the contract right away. Throughout the project, Terra Mia answered every question we had and always picked up the phone. This was big for us, as we’ve had contractors in the past that would be difficult to get a hold off. Terria Mia was always available be it nights or weekends to respond. Best of all, we felt how honest and sincere Johnny was because he just showed us that he really cared about our expectations and the outcome to make sure that we were happy with the final product. And guess what? We also decided to remodel our entire kitchen and it turned out so amazing!! The powder room had the mid-century look and feel and our master bath no longer had the builder grade shower stall and Terra Mia made it look like a luxury modern bathroom. We are extremely grateful to Terra Mia, Johnny, and all his staff in making our standard looking boring home into a modern million-dollar home. We plan to show off our home to everyone we know and definitely recommend Terra Mia/Johnny to all our family, friends and neighbors. We had been working with another contractor and it was not a good experience. We searched for a new contractor and came across Terra Mia Construction. From the very beginning, working with Lola was such a wonderful experience!! She heard all of our concerns and dealt with them, one by one. Her team, headed by Frank, was extremely professional and helpful. The quality of work and attention to detail was superior to anything we had previously experienced. Terra Mia, Lola, Frank, and all of the crew can make your renovation dreams come true!!

We are over-the-moon happy with Terra Mia’s work and process.  They assisted us in the remodeling of our master bathroom by adding new quartz countertops to our custom cabinets and redesigning a full shower.  Anthony Brown, the project manager, went above and beyond in making this experience run smoothly.  For this project, we obtained 5 quotes from general contractors for this specializing in bathrooms and showers to ensure correct waterproofing. Out of all of them, Terra Mia was the only one with 5-star reviews across the board, which instilled confidence in picking them as well as the beauty and stylish gallery of previous work seen on their website. Anthony arrived on time for the quote and presented himself very professionally in attitude, appearance, and knowledge, unlike some of the other companies. Throughout the project, his demeanor was always extremely polite and cooperative. He was on hand every day to check the progress of all work being done and/or to address any of our concerns and changes along the way with patience, composure and respect.  Thank you to all his staff: diligent and courteous foreman Frank, hard-working meticulous tile artist Hugo, expert stone pro Homero, Carlos for an awesome glass panel and door as well as Benjamin, Joel, and all others for a job well-done. You created a piece of art in which we feel like kids in a candy store! Anthony made all the difference in the world, and I’ve already recommended Terra Mia and, specifically, Anthony to all my friends!
