Texas Eco Pavers

My TrueGrid project came out amazing. Excellent service throughout the whole process. Project managers were very helpful with all the questions I had for them! I fully support this product and recommend everyone to use it

They have turned my property into a reservoir when they put their truegrid system in the alleyway next to my house. Instead of sticking to their contract, they chose to dig small ditches to try to fix the flooding issue they caused. So far it’s cost me $15,000 to repair the foundation, etc. They did not dig 8” like their contract stated they would and instead gave different excuses for not doing so. My property has never flooded in the 17 years I’ve lived here. It continues to flood and I will have to continue to repair the damage. They have refused to make it right and have ghosted me.

Texas Eco Pavers did an excellent job installing a true grid system for one of my projects. They were professional, efficient, and highly detail-oriented throughout. The team communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and delivered high-quality work. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them.

We recently worked with Texas Eco Pavers to install a paved patio, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent—every team member we interacted with was polite, professional, and consistently on time each day. They communicated clearly throughout the project, kept us informed at every stage, and there were no hidden charges, which we really appreciated. The crew worked efficiently, respected our schedule, and delivered high-quality workmanship. The foreman, Nicolas, was responsive and ensured any questions were addressed quickly. We encountered one minor issue during the project, and they immediately resolved it without hesitation. They even followed up afterward to complete touch-ups and make sure everything was perfect. Overall, Texas Eco Pavers exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. We highly recommend them for anyone considering patio or hardscape work. We are enjoying our new patio daily.

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Texas Eco Pavers for supplying all material on time to complete my Trugrid driveways and black star pathways. Really looks great and gives my development the WOW factor. Once again, very happy with the service.
