The Driveway Company

I had The Driveway Company put down some caulking in all of joints on a couple year old driveway. A year later some of the caulk was no longer adhering to the cement. They came out and put some new improved caulk down. That caulk came loose as well. I called them today and their warranty is for a year and they don't warranty their product. Their communication during the entire project was very poor.

The Driveway Company returned my call promptly and set an appointment. Toby was very helpful and explained everything that was going to be done to repair my driveway and porch. Austin did the work on my driveway and porch. He was very nice and professional. The Driveway and Porch look awesome. Austin did a great job. My neighbors even commented on how great they look. Thanks Austin for your great work!

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. The only reason they get 1 star is you cannot leave a review if you don't. If you are even remotely considering asking this company to perform work at your house STOP NOW and call someone else. Driveway began cracking 30 days after being poured and it took forever to get someone out to even look at the issue. Driveway began pitting / chipping the spring after it was poured and even getting the courtesy of a return phone call, much less someone to check out the problem took to the following Spring. Once a representative did come out their response was that it was the City's fault for putting chemicals in the salt on the roadways and while they could fix the chipping they hated to have to charge me for it and suggested i fix it on my own. THAT is what $12,000 buys you. In summary - absolutely WORST company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the grief and either do it yourself or call someone else. 6/16/26 - WOEFULLY lacking from the business reply was any sort of apology. " We're sorry we used a bad batch of concrete and tried to shoe horn your project in before the winter hit and we went on vacation and stopped replying to emails and phone calls for the next several months and that when our owner did FINALLY come to your home ( 18 months later ) it was little more than to blame everyone else and their brother for the really, REALLY crummy driveway we stuck you with. " We can add " bad at apologizing " to the list of many reasons to NOT use this company , ever .

Sloppy work, poor communication, ghosted our request that we need the work they did repaired. Slab of concrete they poured next to our existing one (new construction home) is not level, water runs toward the house. Just one photo attached

I highly recommend The Driveway Company. They are very efficient and respond in a reasonable time. From coming out for the estimate to completing the job. They don't try to sell something you don't need. Austin did a great job caulking and filling cracks.
