Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I found the company to be unprofessional and unreliable. After the driveway was completed, I was unhappy with the quality of the work, particularly how the cracks were repaired. I requested a quote to have the cracks redone correctly, but I never received a response. Looking back, I also feel I should have been given better professional guidance from the beginning on the proper way to repair the driveway instead of having to address the issue afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Avoid if you value communication, reliability, or basic customer service. In October, I paid Driveway Guys to seal my driveway and fill cracks. Within approximately three months, many of those same cracks had reopened. When I contacted Brandon, he acknowledged the issue and told me to reach out in the spring because they were closed for the winter. What followed was months of excuses, delays, and poor communication. In April, I contacted him again. I was told to “message next week.” I did. Then I was asked for my address. Then I was told it would cost another $80 to refill the same cracks that had failed shortly after the original work. After agreeing, I was told I was on the schedule and that I would receive a call the day before they came. Weeks passed with no communication. I repeatedly had to follow up myself just to get a response. Every inquiry was met with another excuse or another promise that someone would call me “the day before.” No one ever did. Three weeks ago I was told “you’re on the schedule for next week.” Not a word. After months of chasing them, I finally expressed my frustration and informed them that I would find another contractor. The most frustrating part was the shifting explanations. Initially, I was told the crack filler failed because of soft soil beneath the driveway. Later, I was told crack filling could only be performed when it was hot outside. Yet the original work had been performed in October. The explanations seemed to change depending on the situation. The sealer was also improperly applied according to two other pavin contractors. Go somewhere else.

The Driveway Guys really delivered. They did an outstanding job replacing my driveway and installing a new paver front walkway. Their work was flawless and it was a pleasure dealing with Brandon, Joe and the entire crew. They were professional, personable and highly skilled. I have already referred them to many of my neighbors, friends and mother-in-law. If you’re looking for great service for a great price, I highly recommend you use The Driveway Guys.

They over promise and under deliver. They came out in May and said they would power wash the driveway completely and rid it of moss and junk before sealing. We called them back out two weeks after the job was done because cracks opened wide up almost immediately. Although it took about 2 months and multiple follow up efforts, they did come back and fix the cracks… but by late fall I could see huge areas where they didn’t clean the driveway well enough and the sealant was worn off. I feel like I threw away half my money because the job was half-assed.

The Driveway Guys are all WORK and NO PLAY... I have honestly never had a home improvement company work on my home in such a timely and efficient manner. Brandon and crew did a fantastic job on my driveway which was in need of repair for YEARS. The weeds and cracks were taking over my driveway and making my driveway look run down and unruly. The crew was incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They worked quickly without cutting any corners, and the quality of the work was truly excellent. Most importantly, they kept their word and completed the project on time, just as promised. The price was also very reasonable for the level of service and craftsmanship.
