The Modernist Landscapes

Saul and his team at The Modernist Landscapes did such an AMAZING job at my house on the mesa. I bought property with mature cactus and agave that had not been cleaned up in years, which were overgrown with lots of dead material where snakes and critters could hide, in addition to my yard just being generally overgrown. James, Edgar, and the rest of the team spent TWO FULL DAYS trimming and raking and replanting and clearing at least an acre. They seemed to have every piece of gardening equipment in their truck, took multiple trailer loads of organic refuse to the dump, and generally went ABOVE AND BEYOND - my yard and I couldn't be happier. Saul has great ideas for improving my property, and every person I talked to from the company was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, punctual, and dog-friendly! But don't take my word for it - check out the before and after photos. I'm looking forward to my next project with The Modernist Landscapes!

I have been looking for landscape contractor to work with to help craft a modern and natural high desert landscape for my home in Yucca Valley. Saul came out with some common sence suggestions to get started with great quote for the clean up services. I am now looking to start the next phase of shapping the lot and doing some planting irrigation and will definately be working with Ken and Saul to make that happen.

Saul and his crew did a beautiful job at our property in Joshua Tree. Saul is a lovely young man, flexible and easy to work with. He knew exactly what the property needed, without us even being there in person. He was a pleasure to work with. I am honored to recommend him. Thank you Saul and crew! We appreciate you! Grateful Eva,

Wow! Saul and his team were amazing! They deliver excellent results with professionalism, efficiency, and great communication! We needed a refresh on our property before listing for sale and could not be happier with choosing The Modernist Landscapes! Highly recommended for anyone looking for superior work at a very reasonable price!

I couldn’t be happier with the detailed work Saul and his team did to make my yard look terrific. The weeds got the best of us this year but it was no problem for the team to get everything under control again and for a reasonable price! Saul and Ken are great communicators and lovely to work with. They respond promptly to questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely work with them in the future.
