The Paving Lady

These guys were great from start to finish. Our job was for a small business park and it is always tough keeping multiple owners happy. They kept us informed during the whole process and checked on the project well after it was complete. Highly recommend using The Paving Lady.

Please read before hiring the 5 Stars for them Although I didn’t have this company do any work for me, my drive way was to small. I needed some advice from a professional. I had a company B&J Asphalt do work for me and they did a horrible job. I needed advice and called the Paving Lady and luckily got Dominic. He was nice enough to spend about a half hour in total, even allow me to send photos to help assess, my situation. If it wasn’t for his advice I would have made a major mistake doing sealer on my driveway, they said was a fix and because of my problem it would have caused a long term disaster. That tells me a lot not only about Dominic but also about the company. I would do anything for them to be able to help me fix my situation but understand their business model.

They are currently doing a job here at 1705 Palm Cole Boulevard in Delray Beach and they work fast and with attention to detail!! Chris the project manager is definitely directing precise steps in getting the job done with great excellence!

"The Paving Lady" is currently doing the repaving of our entire community in Sorbet, Coconut Creek Florida. OK I have to say this, this is rare to see a company in South Florida to be so organized and professional, despite some hiccups of homeowners not following common sense and written instructions on where to temporarily park their vehicles while work was phased in. I was truly surprised to see the how efficient and professionally the work was being done, in some cases they were way ahead of schedule. This all came together by the input and knowledge of their site supervisors and workers coming together like a Swiss Watch. I am not saying this because I do not know their business, but quite the opposite as an active Licensed Building Inspector and Licensed General contractor who actually signs off on the final inspection along with Engineering Department at various Municipalities and Private inspections that I do on a daily basis. Hats off to their on site supervisor/manager for being professional and patient with the homeowners who gave him a difficult time. I highly recommend this company for your next Paving Project. Simply Awesome work.

The crew was on site early and had everything they need for today’s operations. The crew worked in different groups from unloading equipment to hard scraping the site and placement of asphalt tack. The paving, foreman and operator walk the site to pull the lines to see the best way to place the asphalt The asphalt Supervisor the asphalt Supervisor along With the sells team Was on site. The asphalt supervisor was concerned about 53 tons to do the work final tonnage was 60 tons. The driveway needed three areas of buildup the paving crew addressed these areas the correct way. Even as paving operations was moving forward. The site foreman had a level to confirm cross slope for water to drain. The crew following the paving operation worked to hand tap the sides of the asphalt along with rolling operations. The paving operations even had a traffic roller was a nice touch. Once the work was completed, the paving crew was not in a rush to leave at the end of the day. The driveway had three areas of concern. The paving, foreman and crew went back and addressed the areas. Once all the work was completed once all the work was completed. The paving foreman and even the asphalt supervisor asked me if there’s anything else that needed to be done. I’m very pleased with your company and the crew I m house. Been in the industry myself for 45 years. It’s easy to complain in Nick pick. But it takes more time to tell people when they do something right. Wanted to share my experience with your company thank you.
